Stop eating Rice


One food I can not avoid is Rice. In our Bengali culture, rice is a big part of our diet. I have no clue on how to stop eating rice on a regular basis, in order to get a slimmer waistline. I am exercising, having green tea extract and what not to enhance my fat metabolism and the only thing left to do is to change my diet.

Without having atleast a handful of rice, I do not get the satisfaction of being full. It sucks yes I know! From tomorrow I am going to actually change my diet. I am taking this as a challenge. Got nothing else to do this summer :P
